Our Process

When you call or email our office seeking help with your garden, your call will be directed to the person best suited to help you. If you need a plan for your garden, you will be directed to the design team. The landscape design team will define what your garden needs, measure and evaluate your current landscape, and develop a design to meet your needs with style.

 

The first step is to meet with the designer.  Please provide a plat of your property and take the time to fill out a questionnaire in advance.  We do not charge for an initial visit but do charge for a design.  The designer will determine how many hours are needed to produce a design.  A design proposal will be written and sent to you after the initial meeting.  

 

The design will include the elements and features discussed.  You will receive a drawing that is drawn to scale, plant pictures and a proposal for the installation. The designer will ensure that the design is both aesthetically pleasing as well as technically sound. You will be advised if permits or engineering services will be required to implement the plan.

 

Once you are ready to proceed, the Production team will schedule your work and complete the installation.  Your designer will visit the work site to monitor progress, answer questions and direct plant installation.
